Director
LIN BOYD
Lin has a career in training and Learning and Development and is a qualified practitioner. Initially working within the aviation industry and progressing into senior roles within various sectors. Lin set up her own Company in 2011 and a further two businesses within Community Interest and media followed. Her focus is Learning and Development and Consultancy services for B2B. She has previously worked as part of teams within project management, workforce capacity and growth areas including retail and financial services. She has a vast experience as an accredited coach and mentor and has a passion for supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
JAYNE WARD MBE
Director
Jayne has a vast experience, working for the Department of Work and Pensions for over 40 years holding various posts within management and senior management. Working across various disciplines, Jayne’s core skills are within recruitment practices, people management and business development. She has developed recruitment packages and worked with employers and clients in a consultative role. She specialises in workforce capacity, skills and talent and recruitment. Jayne is passionate about creating opportunities and making a difference to people’s lives within the workplace. In 2022, Jayne was delighted to receive an MBE for Public Service in Merseyside, based on her dedicated and invaluable contributions to the employment sector over four decades.

JACK BOYD
Jack has a background in Law, graduating in Liverpool. Changing his career path he pursued a role within Learning and Development and Recruitment. Working across the region, he has experience within Community and Social Enterprise and working within the Local Authority. Jack's role is Recruitment and Engagement Manager, he is a key player within the Legacy brand, supporting both learning and development and UK and International Recruitment.
Helen Colquhoun
Recruitment Specialist - April Faith Recruitment
With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, covering all sectors, including Health & Social Care, Accountancy & Finance and Sales & Marketing, Helen created April Faith Recruitment to provide the best possible recruitment offer, albeit with a slight twist!
Helen has built her reputation on being an alternative recruiter, tailoring packages for both clients and candidates. Whilst adapting her approach accordingly, Helen excels at building effective relationships whilst providing a professional and bespoke service.
Helen is joining the team, here at Legacy, to bring her wealth of experience and consultancy skills to support our UK and International Recruitment arm.
Rebecca Clarke
Marketing and Social Media - Orbit Marketing & Creative
Rebecca is an accomplished marketing and social media expert with a rich background in driving brand success in the dynamic digital landscape. Her experience began when working as marketing professional in the hospitality and events industry, before setting up Orbit Marketing & Creative, a social media marketing consultancy. Her journey includes spearheading innovative marketing campaigns that have left a lasting impact on diverse businesses. Rebecca has a proven track record of not just boosting engagement but also significantly increasing return on investment.
Angela Walker
CEO - Calm Spaces
Angela is the CEO of Calm Spaces: working on well-being in the workplace. Alongside this Angela is leading a team of 35 within a sales based role, providing education, training & coordinating well-being events.
Angela has over 21 years experience within the healthcare sector nursing in a variety of settings including, medical assessment unit, Intensive care, high dependency and primary healthcare. Angela has worked in the UK, Germany and Australia in both the public and private sectors. As a busy single mum to 3 boys her focus is based on work-life balance & well-being with in the workplace.
Michelle Fraser
Recruitment Specialist
Michelle trained as a paediatric and adult nurse and worked for ten years as a Sister on a paediatric unit. During this time Michelle was also a specialist nurse trainer working with children and families affected by HIV. She later moved into the pharmaceutical industry working within the respiratory and HIV sector before becoming a specialist within HIV for Glaxo Smith Kline. After becoming a Mum to her 2 children, Michelle took on a role as a feeding specialist for Danone working with midwives and neonatal nurses.
Michelle is now a vital member of the Legacy team, using her vast experience within nursing to offer both candidates and clients professional, informed and friendly advice and support.
Gary Bennett
Business Development Manager
With over 23 years experience within the sector, Gary joins the team as Business Development Manager to drive the strategic aims of the business. He has a background in working with various profiles including young people and those within ethnic minority groups. Gary brings with him a passion to make a difference to peoples lives and help them to realise their full potential.
