The BAME Professionals Programme seeks those customers who have valuable professional and academic qualifications within various sectors.
About
By 2030, 20% of the UK working age population will come from a BAME background. However, this ethnic balance is not reflected in the majority of workplaces, with many ethnic minorities concentrated in lower paying jobs and underrepresented in top management positions.
The BAME communities and those moving to the regions are in some cases either untapped talent of have skills and experience that could prove valuable assets to our employment landscape.
Some individuals require soft skill development including building confidence and self- belief and others just need that little nudge with identifying where their transferrable skills, experience and qualifications fit.
The aim is to work with the individual, through a diagnostic to identify skills, experience, aspirations and barriers to success.

This course will be delivered over a 5 day period, face to face in a classroom environment. It can also be blended into a virtual offer, if required.
